Tips to keep Colon Health


ATTENDANCE colon in our bodies is very important. The large intestine is the last part of our digestive tract which has many functions. Because it is important for the body, it helps us trying to maintain colon health.

The function of the colon in our bodies, namely:
1. Place to collect food scraps which would then be excreted through the anus.
2. Place absorb water and some minerals.
3. Place the growth of bacteria that are able to form some kind of vitamin B and vitamin K which is then absorbed by the body.

When bowel function does not balance, lead to accumulation of toxins that will enter the circulatory and lymphatic systems and spread throughout the body and cause disease. Whatever you have done to maintain intestinal health?

1. Apply your diet with lots of fiber. The recommended amount of fiber intake is 30-35 grams per day. By eating foods that contain lots of fiber, digestive health will be maintained.
2. Avoid foods that contain preservatives, coloring, or flavoring such as food cans.
3. Limit your drinking a lot of natural fiber products in circulation.
4. Drink lots of water.
