Overcoming Pain or Illness While Menstruation


Menstruation or menstruation or coming months it felt really sick. Menstruation is a physiological change in the female body that occur periodically and are influenced by reproductive hormones. This monthly guest that came to make her angry. The pain always comes mainly towards mestruasi.

Of course all for now want a painless mestruasi profound. Here are some things you can do to anticipate and reduce pain during menstruation:


  1. Attach the hot water bottle or heat pad / warm in the abdominal area. Warmth can relieve pain.
  2. Massage the stomach area slowly.
  3. Try sleeping on your back with legs / knees propped up with pillows.
  4. Perform light exercise such as gymnastics, hiking, or biking at the time before and during menstruation, it can make blood flow in the muscles around the uterus to become fluent, so that pain can be overcome or reduced.
  5. Avoid tight clothing and can suppress stomach when coming period.
